Stood there 20 min. Kept being told they were waiting on hash rounds. Never got tge order so I left.

Slow service atmosphere not to great

Worst service..very long wait to order and to get food.

I asked for extra sauce on my Big Mac and it looked like extra extra sauce and no cheese.

At that moment, Paris was without public transportation due a strik of drivers also it was heavy raining, so Mc Donald was overcrowded with large queues in bathrooms

I wasn't very impressed with how things were done at this location. I placed a curbside order and the amount of time it took to receive this order was crazy. They weren't busy at all, just a couple of cars in the drive thru. We ended up trying to walk inside but all the doors were locked. Finally we walked to the drive thru window to find out why it was taking so long. The lady in the drive thru window (very friendly), stated they were waiting on fries and they were short staffed. Now that's understandable due to the unforeseen circumstances but a ticket time of over 15 minutes is unacceptable, especially when there were only 2 cars that came through the drive thru.

Over charge no refund
