Went through drive thru on evening not long before close, missed an item, but what was the best is after calling they offered to fix it another day. Porcha (sorry for probably wrong spelling) was amazing, kind, was on duty the next day when we went to replace it. Remembered how order prepared even! Great customer service, moral of the story everyone makes mistakes it's how you fix them matters.

This manager is horrible. I won't be back.

This McDonald's has the rudest employees with an even ruder manager. Husband went to get grandkids food. Wanted a shake himself and they forgot it. He addressed them in the drive thru and they told him to get back in line. Gets home we have one out of the 3 fries we ordered that we payed for. I went back up the manager was so rude and didn't refund my money or give me fries. This is third time the manager has been past rude. After 21.years of going to this McDonald's we will never go back again.
