Ordered 40 piece nugget and a cheeseburger. Got 20 nuggets after waiting 15 min. Not a very big order to mess up. Tried to call and no one would answer phone. This place is poorly ran. Will be my last time going there.
1/26/23 Saw a long line in the drive thru so decided to go in. Use the kiosk to order 1 burger and a sweet tea. Order 866 if the manager is even gonna read this. $10. Couple people come in behind me and do the same. They end up with order 867 and 868. I sat down around 4:30, have an appointment at 5 next door, shouldn’t be an issue. The other couple of people get they much larger orders ahead of me, 2 more people come in and get out with their orders. Not to mention the 20-30 orders that went through the drive thru during all the time I spent there. I go to the counter to ask what the eta is on order 866, the guy at the counter looks at me says nothing, walks away and starts filling drive thru orders. 30 minutes have gone by and I had to leave and couldn’t get a refund because not a single person there acknowledges anyone inside the building. Funny thing is that if they look at their little receipt printer they will see my order ticket with a big #1 on it for the “table tent” thing I put in the system. They pulled it and stuck it right to the face of the printer. (It’s like a sticky receipt they slap on the bag). I just want my money back.
Tiffany was so lovely and wonderful. She made me feel like my experience was personalized just for me. Food also came out hot and correct. Overall fantastic experience.

The service at this McDonald's is very slowwww. But, I don't blame the workers, I blame the owner. I'm pretty sure the owner has read the horrible reviews this place has gotten and yet nothing is been done about it.
