The sign on the door says dinning room open til 11 however when I walked up to the door at 4 min til 10 the door was locked and an employee sitting in a car outside said she would open it for me in a min. And it was way more than a min before she left the vehicle. I signaled another employee inside and they took their sweet time opening the door as well. When I asked why it was locked they informed me their lobby closed at 10. I informed them that wasn’t what the sign on the door said. He just shrugged. ♀️ I don’t understand how employees can make their own store hours up as they go along because they’re too lazy to work. Since Covid there’s been way too many businesses that think this is ok to change their hours of operation based on their mood. Not because there isn’t enough people to work. That’s different. These people are already at work for $15 and still don’t want to do their jobs.
People working with the costumers are so angry. If you pay for something and do not get it. Forget it because when you try to ask for it your not getting it.
