McDonald's

The morning crew are the most unprofessional and rudest . They always have an attitude, like I made them choose their career move. Just do your job that YOU signed up for, and save that attitude for your family.

Everyone that works here should fired. They got mad at me for asking for a sauce when it’s right in front of them and took 10 seconds to grab. Waited about 8 min to get my cheeseburger when i already ordered online. Workers were extremely rude.

Another stop at McDonald's. Food was normal. Service and atmosphere were acceptable. I will stop there again

They don't work hard and take a lot of time and talk a lot together.

Wish I could give them no stars. I've gone twice in the drive thru. Never been quicker than 20 minutes to get food. Told me to wait in a spot for my food that I could see someone parked in. They said no, park there. So I got as close as I could. Then someone brought the wrong food, I told them it was wrong they smiled, waved, and walked away. Never going back. So now I'm starving and have to go back to work. Thanks McDonald's. What a joke

I came through to get an iced coffee. I put an order online I get there. They tell me they don’t have iced coffee but that’s not the kicker. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app to get a refund I go on the app to look on how to get a refund and there’s no way to do it so now they’ve stole my money And I’m filing a police .

Lovin it! Update 2024... Used to be my fave McDonald's but it is beginning to remind me of the McDonalds that used to be on 9th and N Grand. It took 3 months of me frequenting the McDonald's on N Grand twice a week for them to finally tell me that none of their iced/cold flavored coffee drinks would be available due to a broken machine. Well, we see where that McDonald's is now .. it's long gone. Now for the 3rd time, S Grand has said that they have no macchiato drinks. Their machines are down.... Greeeeaaaat. Maybe you could post a sign so I don't waste an hour of my time in the drive thru, then still not tell me as I pull up to pay, you accept my money and my code, just to arrive at the pick up window to be asked if I wotld like something else!!!???? Y'all could have saved yourself a not so great review by simply communicating a lil bit.
