McDonald's

This is a new review 4-17-2024. I ordered a Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel with no egg. Pulled up to the window to pay she says they taking pay up there. Pull up to the hand out window, pay for "my order". Ask for a receipt was told the paper was not working. Get home to eat my "Steak & Cheese Bagel" & it's a Sausage,egg& cheese bagel with some white sauce inside of a Bacon, egg & cheese Bagel baggie. So someone please tell me how this can be all wrong in every way. I included pictures. I still stand with my other opinion about employees are always ride. The employees are so rude, no matter what time of the day you go. And i just left there.

The employee that took our order in the drive thru was pleasant. The food was not. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 1 large fry. The fish was cold & piled with tartar sauce. We had to scrape most of it off. We also received a medium size fry instead of a large & it was only half filled, plus it was cold & had no salt. We'll pick a different exit for pit stop next time.

I live near this McDonald’s and I go here often and I’ve never went here and not had to pull up and wait on my food! I don’t mind waiting on food but they take forever every time! It’s always at least 20 min! I’m here now and I’m the 4th car that’s pulled up waiting for food! It took 10 mins for them to even take my order ! They really need to hire more people there one person taking orders for both drive thrus and also working the window and packing orders!! They are making door dash orders before they are making the drive thru orders! They need more help they are over working their employees!!

I enjoy the fish sandwich. Everyone is polite

I’ll order their oatmeal every time for breakfast. But today the cup was half full and when I asked them why there was hardly any in there, she said we always put one pack in the cup. But refused to add more water to it and this stuff is not cooked, cold as ice and I had to throw away both of them. The other girl who opened the window, looked at me and said well I don’t know and shut the window back. Every McDonald’s I go to is not consistent. The management doesn’t care.
