Dinner time - 7pm (For physical identification) late 30s, 5' 3"ish, Hispanic, female, manager "Moose" is the worst manager I have encountered at a McDonald's. I mentioned at the drive thru window that there was a problem with the order and she immediately got defensive, I asked her if she could fix it and she told me no and that I should just pay and reorder it right. I asked her name and she refused to tell me, two other employees came to the window and I asked their names and they refused. I warned her that could backfire on her and she told me she was calling the cops. I waited for the cops but she never called. I felt bad for all the people behind me and left. I'll escalate this location up the chain and let Darwin work it out. Upon further review of the order, it was missing straws and napkins, all fries and kids meals were ice cold and they threw someone else's drink in my order.
Asked for a cheeseburger with no pickle and that was shown on the order board but received the cheeseburger with that nasty pickle. Yuk!
Paid for the food twice via the app, the lady at the store said it was to hard to put the money back on my card so could I just take the food.. so I got the same order twice, And the frappe straw was broke then the cup was cracked.
Stale bread. About 1/2 gallon of ketchup on 1 burger. Cold fries. Tea tastes about 2 days old. No one can comprehend me paying for the car behind me and how i don't want the order for the car behind me. Building looks nice. Drive-thru is a little tight for my truck.
