I went 3/12/24. It's funny how you have customers standing at the kiosks, people walking in and out and suddenly it's a great time to mop the area where you have all this foot traffic. It is quite entertaining that the manager/owner came by while I was waiting to order and told the mopper to put a sign out when it was already there. The thing that sat my visit apart from all the others..................the fact the manager/owner and employees stood and watched us wait and walk away. That right there, is true customer service. Hopefully your visit will be as eye opening as mine.
Changed my review due to last couple of experiences have been accommodating. They definitely seem to care more about what is given out to their customers now. Whether made fresh or having substitutions for items that the mobile app lets you order but they don’t have. Overall I like that they want to make it right unlike other McDonald’s who basically say it’s not their problem and ask you to cancel knowing you can’t and it’s already paid for or points have already been used etc.
Great place my pregnant fiancé is most of the time well satisfied with this location
