This has got to be the worst mcdoalds I have ever seen waited 15 minutes for curbside and then went inside waited for another 10 minutes for the order watched to people walk out the poor young girl couldn't get a manager to help her when I got my order it was wrong and cold the manager says short on help and the real problem is the manager she doesn't train her people just throws a new hire in a job that they have no clue how to do Hill Management needs to fix this

Didn’t give me the right amount of chicken nuggets, quarter pounder was soggy, never going back to that McDonalds, hire new people for night shift cause the ones you got now don’t care about what we eat.

The only reason there's even a star is because I had to put something. This place is an absolute disgrace. They had us waiting for 45 min, food was just thrown together, they didn't give us everything we paid for, and when my pregnant wife (who is due in a week) went to get the rest of our order, the staff accused her of lying and proceeded to cuss her. I can't believe this place is still operational. Absolute joke.

I’m making this review in hopes that the general manager will reach out to me but I just wanted to let Tameka know how rude and disrespectful her manager Nicole is on chesnee highway McDonalds I myself worked for this same McDonald’s for the previous owners and know exactly how a manager is supposed to act and not

Ждали у кассы менеджера более 10 минут, что бы зделать заказ, но ни кто ни разу не подошел и не принял у нас заказ, хотя они нас видели, но проходили мимо, как будто мы пустое место. Мы решили пойти к их конкурентам, благо их тут много)

Didn't even get to order. Associate said to hold on and we were waiting until it got too long and we drove off. Shouldn't be waiting 5 minutes to order food.

Seemed understaffed. Girl at register must have been MOD, she was doing front and drive thru. Told everyone who came into the lobby to use the kiosk to order, which really upset a lot of people. Several elderly people left, completely unable to use the kiosk. She was nice, but frustratedly lost a lot of business. When I finally got my food (2 biscuits 2 hashbrowns)it was sloppily put together and the wrapper wasn't even wrapping it, food hanging out from all sides. Had to request my frappe, which had not been made or offered. MOD was loudly telling employees they needed to get up and do something... all in all very unpleasant. Vegetarian options: None really Kid-friendliness: So much traffic. So much chaos. I wouldn't bring a kid. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible
