The Drive-thru is very SLOW on the evening shift due to the NOT so helpful "manager" ... Not going Back .

Dined in and got served to our table in to go bags. Asks for a tray and the cashier had to go grab the one by the trash can and go wash it for us. Kid did great for the cards his has been dealt.

Are you kidding me ??? Like they HAVE to be high or something ? Asked for no cheese, it had so much cheese on it. When i went back to get it returned, i waited another 10 minutes for a patty in a bun with mustard on it...??? Is that usually what a quarter pounder with no cheese looks like ? The patty also had a bite shaped piece missing ??? Like ew. Didnt even eat it, but my husband did and he said it tasted like DOG FOOD. It smelled like dog food too. This is the worst service ive gotten at this location and it was just the worst. Definitely wont be getting my food from there again !!

I ordered from Uber eats and I order two Double cheese burgers but instead they gave me two single burgers my bugers where cold and I order large French fries and they where Cold very unhappy with there service never ordered from you guy's again you ever heard of ExpresTrysion Customer is always right.try too make me happy next time if you want me to ever come back the delivery guy should check my food better

Good choice if you're traveling through Reno Good on and off I 80.

I noticed that the african "manager" in the evenings did NOT wash his hands as he exited the restroom ? also I've seen the skinny blonde guy argued with customers a couple of times . Parking: Very limited.

Ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal with no onions and filet o fish on side, received quarter pounder with no cheese , with onions and micronic amounts of mustard only, the filet o fish had a quarter slice of cheese , no sauce and was dried out! Almost $17 for this and to top off I had to tell them what I ordered when I reached window to pick up! And had to wait for this garbage! On a high note! They didn’t screw up the coke!
