Service has not been great the last few times I've been. Coffee has not been good either.

This is the worse location in Rutherford County. This place should be drive through only.

This place have the most horrible customer service ever. I use to go there all the time and when you go through the drive thru the window cashier doesn’t even speak to you they just stand there and wait for the money never greet you or say thank you or to pull up to the other window. When you get to the other window they don’t speak either they just hand you your food or if they do speak to you it’s just to tell you to pull in a certain parking spot to wait for your food. This happens all the time. The food is not fresh most of the time.

i order some stuff , never get my happy meal , they always missing something, contact uber they said they cant help me , loose my money , not fair
