I don't have high hopes for McDonald's. But this one is very inconsistent. Service is not polite or professional most of the time. Food is often right, which for this chain is not the norm. Any interaction with managers has been very good. It seems they carry the location, while the employees just occupy a position. I haven't been as much lately, these observations have been from the past couple years. ...I don't feel that the managers are at fault, just not a good pool to hire from.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce. Got a dry steak patty, burnt onions, NO breakfast sauce and enough black pepper to kill a small child. Plus the dude who took my order and also served me had the personality for a snail

Great people and great service!!

I was in the drive thru so I can't give you any more information than the food was hot and good.
