Waited in drive thru for 15 min, only to never have my order taken. About 10 cars in front and 6 behind . Even me saying "hello? Excuse me?" numerous times and no response. Drive thru 2 lane had him taking back to back orders. When I finally gave up and drove off, I heard his voice take the order behind me. Disappointing and late to my event as it took an over all 25 min to get out of there.

I've never really had any problems other than the rare mild mess up of a customized order but they always do a good job and get the food out quick.
