McDonald's

I will never go to this McDonald’s again. I stopped to go pee and was gonna order after I went since I was there but I had 4 different employees asked me if they could help me and as soon as I said that I needed the bathroom code to use the restroom they each said nothing and just carried on with doing other things. One of them was even told by the manager on shift to go open the door and then each of them turned around and went about their business doing separate things. Another female customer that needed to use the restroom as well was waiting and she ordered her food and left without being able to use it because they still hadn’t opened the door. After about 10 minutes or so I’m trying to get them to open the door to the bathroom. I walked out the doors. Never ever Will I go to this McDonald’s again or give them another dollar of my money. If a business won’t allow me to use the restroom, then they don’t deserve my money! The whole atmosphere/ vibe there was unwelcoming! Save your money and your time go to a different McDonald’s

Fries are often undercooked and the line in drive thru often slow but overall I come here several times a week and its perfectly fine for a McDonald's

It's a McDonald's...

Placed an order for an egg and cheese mcgriddle and was given a piece of cheese between two pieces of bread. Called spoke with a manager regarding and returned for the this to be corrected and it wasn't. Probably haven't been to McDonald's in almost 6-7 months and got extremely lousy service today.

wish I could give 0 stars to customer service. I waited over 20 minutes for my pickup order that was placed way before I went to pick it up. 4 employees stood there and looked at me, didn’t say anything just talked to their friend who had brought her baby in. When I finally got service I didn’t receive my order. I just left.
