I actually like this location and have been going to it basically since I can remember. However, on March 3rd I put in an order for breakfast and paid through the app. Only to arrive and be told that they stopped serving breakfast and I couldn't receive my order. The person through the intercom said I would be refunded. I never was. It's been over a month now. I sent messages through the app and have a case number that has gone nowhere. Can you just please do the right thing and refund my order? I didn't receive the order. My case number is 29394058. The original was 29062205. Thanks and have a good day.

Restaurant level wait for dollar store quality

How hard is it to remember to put ketchup in a bag. I almost went back through the line. And the fry’s we’re undercooked.

If I could give this McDonald’s a zero I would it’s ridiculous how long they take and how rude the employees are! I will never be back again

I had to ask for missing items. Food was fine but items were spilled all inside the bag.

The young man at the register was VERY disrespectful towards my wife..he is LUCKY we had the grandkids with us,, or I would have given him a STERN talking too!!All she asked, was if she could have her Mac sauce on the SIDE instead of on her Big Mac, and this young man acted like she was being unreasonable! She ended up ordering a Mcchicken instead because she didnt want to cause a problem,, and she told me to stop arguing with the boy , but it shouldn't have to be thus way... he was a high school kid, not the queen of England for gods sake. AND on top of this, our fries came out very cold and not crispy, AT ALL...and my grandson didnt receive a toy in his happy meal at first, and when we asked about it the young man was AGAIN, very RUDE. How can you be rude to a 6-year-old boy asking for a toy...I very much hope you care for your customers here, because it doesnt appear that way to us. ALSO....please clean your bathroom stalls... my wife nearly had a HEART ATTACK watching our young granddaughter almost SLIP and FALL over a puddle of God knows what in the ladies room.sad to see.

Never go here. My son only had the nuggets and he vomited them all. Staff did not care one bit.

Phill was attentive, courteous, super nice and professional. We will definitely make the drive to come here again! And not to mention, his restaurant is the cleanest of them all!
