McDonald’s

Ordered 2 McFlurrys at 9:12pm along with two small fires. I asked in advance if the ice cream machine was working and got a yes. So proceeded with order. Got to the food window I got the two order of fries and was asked to park for my ICE CREAM. Waited 13 min before going into the store. Was not greeted at all. Waited for someone to help me. I had to loudly say excuse me before anyone would even look my way. One girl said the machine wasn’t even working. Then another lady told me to wait. How long does a customer wait for ice cream. I was ignored and asked for a refund and told to wait again. After almost 20 min waiting for ice cream they made the mcflurries. The worst customer service I have ever seen experienced. The store had two customers and one guy that was sitting at a table. The way that store treated their customers was not ok.

Worker at 2:30. AM refuses to allow me to add a drink at ordering window even when I asked to pay at window because it’s limited to one order per customer? Are all your employees high?
