This location is NOT open 24 hours a day-this is the second time in a month I went thru the drive thru and was unable to order. Tonight I drove thru at 1:30am and the lady said “Are you here for pickup?” I said no, so she said she’s not taking any orders because she’s “waiting on staff.” A few weeks ago the worker was standing out front smoking and never did come to take anyones order. Just go to 5am-11pm like the other locations and save customers from wasting their time coming to this location. EDIT: Thought I would give this place one more shot and discovered it closed at 12am AGAIN, yet workers are out in the parking lot hanging out. Photo attached of the drive thru location tonight.. This has to be a franchise location and a joke at that! This location falsely advertises as 24 hours when they aren’t actually open. Do yourself a favor and go to the Washington Blvd location…

Bad manager (tall white dude with short hair and pudgy belly working at 11 am on wed 1/4 is not professional. Instead of fixing problem, he escalated them and became argumentative. Also, there were Mexican women swearing and issuing racial epithets in Spanish whlst unaware that many not Hispanic folks know Spanish. A really unprofessional atmosphere and I would never return here again. And because the manager refused to fix my order or refund me, I will issue a charge back from my bank at your expense and contact corporate about this. But the truth is, McDonald's does not care.
