The cashier kept getting my order wrong in the drive thru, I ordered a large fries n only got half of them. They don't care about their customers, there rude.
My breakfast sandwiches were freshly made hot and delicious. Good job
There No one at the counter to take my order. A young man told me I had to use the kiosk, no other option. Fifteen minutes later I had my order finally placed. The meal was wrong, so I asked for a refund. The young man asked why and what was wrong with the food. I said again, I want a refund. I was badgered by the Kid then by the Manager Gaby. I told them, I ordered it wrong, because I don’t work there, and I’m not familiar with their kiosk.then she said she was available. I’m having to now argue with her about the kid telling me I could only use the kiosk. Took about 45 min all together. I had no idea McDonalds corporate could mess this process up.
