Wanted one thing, NO KETCHUP, what did I get ketchup. Should have went to in n out across the street, at least they get my order correct

Went through the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me, all I ordered was a 20 piece nugget. Was in line for more than 15 minutes so I just left. Very slow, and dissatisfied with service.
