They can’t figure out how to effectively and efficiently run a McDonalds. Poor service, too long to get your food, no staff training and no clue on basic fast food management.
The manager of this place should be ashamed of this franchise. Food quality can vary day to day, but where this place just completely scrambles is its service. Way understaffed. If you go during the weekend, expect to wait up to 30+ min for your order and its quality to very low. I've been several times to this specific walmart and I have never seen the same employee more than a handful of times. They must rotate through new hires for what seems like every month. Terrible, terrible place. I would HIGHLY recommend just driving down south to the McDonald's in San Ysidro as those are properly staffed even on weekend rushes. Driving those extra few miles will really save you lots of time in the long run.
I ordered a big Mac and fries, and it was disgusting. I should have known something was wrong when the cheese hanging out the sandwich was already as if it had been sitting for a while. The color was dark orange, not yellow. Everything had a weird taste. I took two bites and threw it away. This was about two weeks ago, granted I did go before they closed. The one on the palm fries is hot, and they prepare it as if it were cooked for themselves. My stomach did not feel good afterward, so I'm taking a break from McDonald's all together.
They have a new employee with a dog face does seem to know how to treat customers
Pésimo servicio jamás regresaré al ese lugar me hicieron esperar para no entregar mi pedido
Understaffed and excessive customers cashier would attend one paying customer and go back for three or four orders for about 8 minutes and come back to attend another paying customer at the cashier box not good McDonald's has a lot of money
