I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times when I’m in a pinch for food. Half the time they get my order completely wrong. The most recent time I went, the drive thru was crowded but they moved quickly car to car. Of course when it got to my car, they stopped for 5 minutes. As we started to pull away in frustration, they answered the intercom. I stopped my vehicle and went to walk to the intercom. No answer. On top of this, there is always without fail an aggressive homeless person panhandling directly outside the drive thru. Keepin it classy Ventura.
orders just never come right here if you make any sort of modification. have gotten 1 out of 6 or so orders in the last year or so correct, and they never give out the coupon they used to give out when they mess up now. I thought it was a mcdonalds thing because the location by target also messes up often, but no, the location in camarillo has never messed up, so it’s the management or training in ventura or who they’re hiring or something. Just taking it as a sign to stop eating mcdonalds
The food at this location is garbage and the staff is even worse. I also had a similar experience to the gentleman who said there was a sticker in his burger. This is intentional by it's young staff, hope everyone of them but especially the manager get fired. No one here deserves $20/hour........ karma will prevail.
Would give negative stars if I could. Staff are incompetent and management is beyond unprofessional as well as disrespectful and rude.
What can I say it's Micky dees.i go for their ice tea nothing more ..
I frequent this McDonalds often as it’s on my way home from work. And while the food is usually fine, today was horrendous. I took a bite out of my cheeseburger to find a sticker in it and the second cheeseburger I ordered was missing pickles. When I called to speak with the manager, she wasn’t understanding at all and didn’t take initiative to resolve the issue. I didn’t want a refund or to have my burger remade, but instead asked that she speak with her staff about doing a better job. Instead of considering my suggestion, she raised her voice and tried to defend that her staff is doing a job. Well, I have clear evidence that they aren’t…
Morning crew woman "Lexi" was extremely nice. Lexi goes through the process of bringing food to tables! It's a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of space and seats. Sunday night crew not as alert
Night shift parks in the designated drop-off parking and gets high in their vehicle. That’d be fine if they could get the order right and not serve cold food.
