Bagels are back and they were delicious! Hot and fresh breakfast this morning!

4.2024 this place has really gone down hill. Stopped going here when getting food started taking 30+ minutes and would be cold. I'm hating it!. RIP

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering McDonald’s I came to order 2 mini separate meals & the big manger man asked us to pull up but we didn’t have much of big meals so we refused to pull up so we let them know we were gonna wait here at the window for it manager comes very rude & refuses to give us are food or our money back says he’s gonna pull the emergency button on us we didn’t have any type of attitude wit him for him to be rude to us if I could put zero stars I would

I went on Sunday night super late. The food is always good but the service I received was great and the people working there deserve recognition. I live closer to another McDonalds but gladly drive a little further because the service here is great.

The female manager with glasses refused to use my coupon card i had for a free meal redeemable at stagg locations. i got the coupons from when i worked at mcdonald’s years prior, didn’t expire until 2025. the manager was arguing with me and was being extremely rude and was saying “haven’t you been here before? do you have a stack of these and you just use them every day” with an extreme attitude LIKE WHAT! i haven’t even been there in weeks?like what is she talking about. extremely rude. she was arguing with me saying she refuses to use the VALID coupon and i literally used to work for mcdonald’s and i got it from when i worked there. it also shouldn’t even matter where i got the coupon? extremely weird she was like “which one do you work at” i was like im not telling you??? it’s no one’s business??? she’s refusing to use a valid coupon. i asked for it back and she was refusing to give it back. like are you serious? refusing to use a valid coupon card for stagg locations and refusing to give it back to me? actually comical. whoever’s supervisor now, letty or antonio come check up on this store and the female manager with glasses. absolutely embarassing and unacceptable. treating me like i’m a criminal for using a COUPON. hope she reads this DO NOT COME HERE
