McDonald's

I went through the drive-thru this morning at McDonald's at 5:16 a.m. when I got to the menu board nobody ever said anything. So I drove up to the window and I saw a guy that was sweeping. He came over and asked if I place my order back at the at the menu board and I said no. Then he called somebody over to come take my order. It took a bit to get the other guy to come over and even take my order. The young man that came and took my order said that in the mornings they only took cash for breakfast until 6:00 a.m., this was supposed to be due to auditing the registers.This sounds very strange to me because he couldn't even give me a receipt. He wrote down the prices on the back of a paper bag. If I had wanted to use my rewards for your app I wouldn't be able to because he said they only take cash and gave no receipts. I was not happy about this. Although everybody was very nice I was not happy with the service. We asked for a frozen Coke and we're told that the machine wasn't ready. He also said this is something that they always do this is normal. It doesn't sound normal to me. Update: on that order we had a water, a senior coffee, and a sausage biscuit. You could tell that the biscuit was not fresh. The biscuit was partially dried out. It was old. It was probably sitting there because they had no business.

I actually live in and around the area. So from experience, I can say that the food as of yet, for the most part is always warm. The service itself has gotten way better. Just remember that it is McDonald's and they do get rushes which is understandable. The atmosphere, to be honest, is I feel out of there control. It is in the middle of the westside and has to be taken into account, but that doesn't mean it's bad at all. Thanks for reading my experience.

Don't like it cashier tonight 10:38 to rude

Waited 20 plus minutes out there guy gave our order to someone else had to get off and talk to the manager and insisted of giving us our order right there she just said sorry and gave me my money back said she was gonna talk to the guy that brought out our food the problem was them taking long with the order not the guy after getting off there kitchen was super dirty food and papers all over the floor Manager found it easier to blame the guy taking the food out. Never again.

It was awesome cuz my three grandkids were able to play in the inside playground thank you for keeping the playground open and clean and the restrooms as well

They messed up my order going on 5 times in a row now . Tried being patient and let em get it together but today was the last straw . Go at your own risk .
