McDonald's

I been dreading doing this review…but here we go. This location is a hit or miss depending on what shift is working. I went here one time and was given back a counterfeit $20. I complained instantly and was told the manager wasn’t available. After spending a few days calling and never getting the manager I decided to let it go. Also depending on the shift the ice cream machine is down, even if you just left there hours ago and it was working. Sometimes our fries are undercooked, and sometimes the food is old and cold. We decided to just stop going to this location. It is unfortunate because there are workers who are nice and make sure you have fresh food. Too bad the rotten ones spoils the bunch.

I stopped to use the bathroom and purchase a snack. I wanted to order chocolate chip cookies. But I only had cash. The order kiosk would only take my card, so I tried to order at the counter. The employee at the counter saw me, made eye contact, and turned around and walked away! I was so angry that I turned around and left the store! Rude employees will cause a store to lose business!

They just need to close this location it’s so pathetic!!! From the crew to management just RUDE asfffff ! Constantly screwing up orders! and then get mad and treat you as if you’re wrong for asking for what you paid for! Nothing more than ghetto ratchetness. I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LOCATION.

Went to McDonald’s in East Genesee in Saginaw Michigan. Service was horrible and hands just picked up my grandkids from school and wanted to treat them to McDonald's. Went through drive in had to wait for about ten minutes for two. Happy Meal 6 Pc Nuggets and then the employee was about to give our meal to someone else. So we get home by grandkids take they coats and shoes off and wash up to eat open them and no fries. Then I called the restaurant and told the management their no fries in the Happy Meal. She said you come back and get the fries and sorry about the employee because he just started. I told her this was such an inconvenience because I didn't want to come back up there when they were about to eat. Well, that’s all I can do instead of her saying I will replace your happy meals and your gas she said just the fries. I would been okay if she had said you come another day and we can r your meals for the inconvenience but know. Just poor service that’s why people are going to stop going to McDonald’s.

Stopped to use the restroom and order a breakfast burrito.It was one of the best I've had from a McDonald's, and I travel for a living. Certain places have that soft tortilla with the spots, you know if you know lol

Workers always have nasty attitudes

No one comes to counter to take customers order for food they all play on their phones with no acknowledgement to their customers. Managaer should be fired. Don't come here
