Awesome sauce workers, no reciepts in my ice cream, awesome sauce happy meals. In general awesome sauce McDonald's.

Rude, missing food, hung up on by two different people trying to get my missing food, half empty box of fries, and dry hard burger buns. Just save yourself the time and call corpret while you wait in their drive through line because your going to need to call them anyways to get what you ordered. Just go to gratiot rd or bay rd it's clear that state st is a lost cause with no proper management and no clear signs of intelligence behind the counter. This is the third time recently I've had issues at this location, unfortunately it's the closest to where I pick up my kids.

I actually do feel bad about my negativity for the McDonald’s restaurants in my area but I’ve tried this location at many different times and I am hoping if the Saginaw locations are owned by the same franchisee or even a corporate location; they all need to be looked at asap. Floor was slippery and I had actually placed a mobile drive thru order but had to go in to pick it up after waiting on two non moving lines.

The management seems to be doing a great job The employees are friendly and helpful

No MelloYellow. Slightly disappointed. Otherwise not too bad food when we do have it.

Order was made incorrectly, and for the price they charge anymore it stinks.

I watched the general manager cuss out her employees. I will never come here again with this nonsense

I walked in to only 1 person finishing up ordering and then the girl walked away without saying anything as 3 others and myself waited to order. She didn't come back for almost 9 dang minutes and then when I ordered my breakfast sandwich to go she very rudely said if I was so busy I could have used the kiosk. I'm not against them I had never been to this one and hadn't noticed where they had been placed. I had to open a very busy Doctor office down the road. I won't be going back to this McDonald's or will anyone from my medical practice. It's a shame the way this employee acted and treated us people just waiting to order and for her to simply do her job.
