Literally the worst mcds I’ve ever been too. I was parked for 20 mins before I went inside to wait another 5 mins while every employee ignored the other customer in line & myself. They forgot the order, the girl was nice & sized up my fries not necessary but awesome, thank you. The fries were literally burnt. Hard as a rock and hot af I didn’t even know mcds fries could burn like that.

Ordered my food in the store, entered a table number, the food never came. Went counter and was given a bag of cold sausage egg McMuffins. This is not a typical experience here, but I think it should be noted.

Don't know how to get an order right and are always arguing.

Cold food and they charge for sauce fries are always cold.

Manager was incredibly rude. She stood chatting with a team member for 5 min while we were just standing at the counter being ignored. When I got her attention she was annoyed. She was unpleasant the entire transaction
