Way over priced.

Rude service, forgot to put sauces, drink tubes, napkins… All these are small things, but they leave an unpleasant aftertaste… We're not going to this McDonald's anymore.…

It's okay.

We went inside around 9:45ish and let’s start with the fact that nobody came to take our order until about 9:51ish, I’ve worked at McDonald’s so I know how the game goes . So we accidentally ordered at the wrong location thru a mobile order and we decided we’d just reorder at this location . Around this time it’s 10:00 , they now said they couldn’t “take the order “ even though we were going to reorder thru the app so I said “it’s okay I’ll order thru the app” so we proceeded to , this guy said that we’d have to go thru drive thru to get it and I said no you wouldn’t and explained to him how the system works because I’ve worked for McDonald’s not even too long ago. In a nice tone , I wasn’t mad or yelling or even showing attitude whatsoever , so this guy leaves and comes back (keep in mind we’re just sitting at the table ordering off the app, we told them we didn’t plan on eating there and weren’t going to) and says “sorry but my assistant manager says you guys need to leave “ LIKE WHAT ??lmfaoooo , we didn’t do anything , they’re just too lazy to want to reclean the lobby even though we weren’t gonna eat there . This place gotta be a joke it’s 40 degrees out and we’re on motorcycles just trying to pick up food inside so we’re not freezing thru a drive thru . Unprofessional Assistant Manager , no wonder all your employees are calling out

The worker named Tracy made my entire day, she’s the most friendliest worker i’ve ever met. she deserves a raise!!!!
