Love the food and the staff is friendly but the kiosks don't work sometimes and the wait time is very long

The setup is weird it doesn't feel like a family restaurant any more. All condiments and drinks are behind the counter smh. My big Mac was falling apart.

BEWARE of this location trying to charge you extra items you did not order I went to McDonald’s just for dessert so it was just two items total for me and my bf. I placed my order and as soon as she confirmed my order at the speaker and I started driving away my order appeared quickly and proceeded to disappear. I however was able to see everything that happened on the screen as I was driving away, and they were charging me a whole burger meal. Once I went to the window to pay they told me my total without reviewing what I got (which they usually do) I let them know they charged me a burger I didn’t order the lady acted confused or was idk. Then I’m assuming her manager or the person in charge at that time came to the window and told me, “just give me your card we’ll make sure your refunded” and she said something else mixed in with that and it made me believe something sketchy was going on. I let her know that I wanted my new total before she charged me. And she told me hold on and she left and came back then she gave me my new total. I finally payed and she gave a a receipt with the bottom half ripped off (where you can scan to leave a review) what a coincidence. The whole situation was weird it was something that never happened to me at any location and if it did they do not fix it suspiciously like they were trying to here. Just gave me a feeling that they are doing this to multiple customers without them knowing they are getting charged for extra things they did not order.
