Don't come here unless u want cold food and unfriendly hospitality. They won't care if ur food is cold

1:30am and the young lady working the drive thru said they are only taking door dash orders. Make that make sense because you are still having to open the window to provide door dash the orders. McDonald's should do better and post that on these commercials. When you are traveling you do not want to hear anything about door dash when you pull up to place an order. McDonald's is staying open for door dash orders only in the early morning hours. This means employees just ride the clock and turn down customers that pull up during these hours. It sounds like lazy bleep people working. If this is the orders given to customers please do people a favor and add that to Google under hours of operations. The worst food to eat and was definitely the last result for me to in return get hit with a bogus excuse that only door dash orders are being done during these hours. They all need to be fired! It turned my stomach kowing that people come up with the tired excuses to not work. 04/02/24 1:36AM do better Management and hopefully corporate chimes in to clear this up. Multiple locations in Rockford area and this location has no traffic or orders being picked up and the employees are using this excuse door dash orders only which sounds horrible to not work. 3710 Alburn needs to do better as a whole inside the establishment.

Today I went to a McDonald's as a usual day and I was having problems with my order not going thru my phone and was very frustrated the person who helped me (MARK) was so professional and helpful with solving my problem I was having. my order was filled and I was happy with my experience even though my phone and app were wacky mark still made sure I got what I ordered down to the T.this is the service I like to receive at a fast food restaurant. Others need take NOTE!!!! I will be returning. I'm lovin it!!!!
