McDonald's

Friday, April 12, 2024. About 2:30 in the afternoon I pulled up to the drive-through which seem to be very busy through both lanes. After waiting about four minutes with no movement, I decided to go into the restaurant. There was one other guy in line and as usual at McDonald’s it took about three minutes for anyone to come over to the cash register to see what he needed. Turns out he needed just a water and so they got that for him. I stepped up and ordered two items. I told the lady at the register I did not need the receipt but she told me what my order number was so I had that information. After about five minutes waiting a lady (seemingly the manager judging by the way employees around her cowered) who was standing back from the counter in the food preparation area started screaming out my number. She repeated it twice very quickly as I’m standing there looking at her. She said, “What are you waiting for?” I told her the two items I had ordered and she very angrily shouted back my number again. Now keep in mind. She was not approaching the counter with food or a drink. She was just standing back there angry as hell. Since McDonald’s has changed the way they do business to more of a carry out and order it yourself type of place, the service has really gone to hell. This McDonald’s at Charles Street in Rockford is worse than any others I have been in. Extremely poorly managed. Time to stick with Burger King.

The young black female in the drive thru needs to be fired for the way she disrespects customers.

Lady in the drive thru had an attitude and was super rude.

-10000000 stars I’ve never had a easy experience at the Charles street location they’re always rude and messing up orders. Unsanitary and i still haven’t received a refund from a purchase i did not receive and they don’t have set hours they just close when they want to

Ordered using the McDonald's app to curbside, in the curbside spot. Put in number, order charged and was told it was going to be 2-5 mins. 20 mins later the status changed to "hope you enjoyed your food" but still no food. Went inside and was yelled at for but clicking "complete order". There was no such option. I asked her to show me where that option was on the app and she walked away saying, "I don't even eat here". Completely unacceptable.
