I work delivery and every time I get an order for the store I might as well automatically cancel it because these people are the worst. They saw me several times no one‘s doing anything they’re laughing or walking around joking instead of making this establishment some money I waited 10+ minutes they saw me several times we weren’t doing very much of anything and didn’t come to the door. UPDATE: tonight the bags were at the window to pick up for delivery from the moment I arrived I had an employee walk right by me completely ignore me and go to the back mind you drive thru was empty and they were over staffed it seems. I placed an order for drive thru and no one greeted me at the speaker at all so I had to drive up to the window where I waited another 20 minutes absolutely outrageous

The service is zero, they walk, play like small children. While people are waiting for their orders.

Great parking lot!! Spot # 6 from the back is best for after dark usage to use. Lighting is exceptional!!! Parking: See above.

Wouldn't go after dark, too many homeless aggressively patrolling the drive through line and pacing around in the dark. I paid for my order at 1:40am and was told to pull up waiting for fresh fries, I waited till 3:10 am and finally walked up to the window... Every single employee was clueless but seemed to still find my order. Sitting in a warmer. Replaced the fries in it and served it to me, fries were the only edible thing I got on a $30 order. Absolutely abismal, this location needs either flattened or a serious staff retraining.

They always forget something from my order or don't get my order right.
