called because i forgot something in the lobby earlier today some guy who's voice would only make me assume his name was carver answered the phone and when i explained the situation he hung up i later tried to call again about the issue and he tells me i'm trying to "prank him" i am now going to commit suicide. also i heard the staff likes to wash their hands with farts before cooking

Slow and my order was wrong. No condiments on the chicken sandwich and beef patties on my quarter pounder was questionable looking.

I don't often go out of my way for McDonalds, heck I don't go *in* my way for McDonalds, but it was delivered to me today by someone who hated the experience more than I did. The person in question walked into a McDonalds that had just recently finished construction while they left the drive through open. After obtaining the order, and returning with it, you could swear by the quality of the preparation of the food that there was one person that actually existed working a lunch rush. Visibly, there were two people working, and nobody ordering. Aside from the look of the food, it tastes like someone didn't remove some plastic from a part of their fryer, as everything has a burnt plastic taste to it. I used to work fast food, so I could understand the look of the food, were it actually busy, and there were little to no staff on duty, but considering the circumstances, I've a mind to go get some people fired. This is going to sound sarcastic, but I appreciate that I no longer wish to ever eat at McDonalds again. Thank you, and also no thank you.

Asked for sauce told them 3 times and u think they would put it in there everything without fail something is missing at this place

This place is usually open until 10 or 11 pm. I went to order today through the app and there was no one. No one at the drive through, doors were locked, and there was just one person sitting there. Not sure what was happening. Raise your wages and hire more people.
