McDonald's

My order was wrong, ordered 2 quarter pounders w/cheese and was given 2 cheeseburgers instead. Also there was no receipt attached to the bag. If the employees there would focus more on what they doing,and less on going out to smoke weed,maybe they would get orders right.This store is a joke!!8

My double cheeseburger looks amazing ...the almost gave the ketchup a full squeeze

One of the most consistent McDonalds in the Rochester area. If you go during lunch/dinner rush you may need to wait a bit but staff is always friendly and efficient, food is typically fresh. It is fast food after all and things may sit for a bit but 99% of the time everything seems fresh so I still go out of my way to hit up this store if I'm craving a McDonald's breakfast

I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION, WAITED 20FKN MINUTES FOOD WASN'T FRESH OR HOT...... AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED..... I'LL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE

Bad atmosphere I waited for a cup of coffee for 45 minutes

I have been to some bad McDonald's restaurants but this one tops them all. The speaker in the drive thru doesn't work. You can barely understand anything. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my food. And at the window they told they were only accepting cash which I don't carry. The manager looks like he's homeless and the big macs had no big Mac sauce on them I don't feel like driving back over there to argue for a refund so at the least I'm gonna leave a review. This is the worst McDonald's in rochester period.

So slow and unmotivated. Waited almost three minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence at the drive through.
