Poor customer service they forgot one of of orders! So it was a long waiting on a kids meal.... and a burger without ketchup.

Went through the drive thru about 4pm today. Not even a smile or thank you. Then I took one bite of my $10 Luke warm quarter pounder and see it wasn't even half cooked. I didn't bother going back, but would appreciate being contacted for some kind of compensation.

Have been to this location several times they have always gotten my order correct and I have never had to wait long. One of the best McDonald's I've been to

Worst McDonald's on the planet. The customer service is almost always sub-par. At times, the employee’s are flat-out rude. The gentleman at the drive-thru window was so rude that the last time I visited, I went in to report him. Needless to say, I did not order food from this location. I drove approximately two or to three miles north to purchase food at a different location.

Servers were fast efficient and courteous. Nice atmosphere food was Hot and good
