I always go through the drive through because it's faster. Inside you have people from Uber eats and others picking up large orders.
I recently visited this Mcdonalds and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite ordering a simple meal of a McMuffin and hash brown, I found myself waiting for an unreasonably long 25 minutes. What's more frustrating is that every single car was parked, totaling about six parked cars. This indicates a clear issue with the efficiency of the staff and their work ethic. Improvements are definitely needed in this area to ensure a smoother dining experience for customers.
McDonalds on Arlington never fails to give me my order wrong. Its like they get paid $20 /hour to mess up orders. Why do i keep going? Well, because you would think they fixed the problem and because its the closest to me. But i think im gonna make the drive and go to McDonald's on University ave. Food there is always fresh and i havent gotten my order wrong once.
Went there during business hour lobby was closed for 30mins so everyone had to use drive thru . Over an hr wait in drive thru .
I'm going to tell you my recent experience with McDonald's has not been a great one. I love a Big Mac, nuggets fries from McDonald's. Their fries are the best! During Lent I have to order a filet of fish combo and a Shamrock shake. For years it has always been tradition for me. So I went to my local McDonald's located on Tyler St. First I was surprised not to be able to dine in. Then I tried to order a Shamrock shake. I was told they were not making the shake. I did without that week. The following Friday I would not eat at that location. Not being able to dine in or get my shake pissed me off. I drove down Magnolia and saw a Del Taco. Ok fish tacos it is I told myself. Again no dine in no restrooms. When you have a 92 year old mother you need facilities. I was so upset! Upon leaving Del Taco I noticed the homeless situation. People sleeping on the ground right outside the door of the restaurant. A lot of homeless loitering around the businesses. Then it struck me. I believe it's why you can't use a bathroom or dine in. I'm sorry for the homeless! So I went the following Friday to the location on Arlington Ave. Finally I got my dine in my Shamrock shake. Even though there was a homeless person outside the door. The facility was clean, the restrooms were available. I finally enjoyed my eating experience. Thanks Big John
