Horrible service, 45 minutes to get my food. Never happened to me! I don’t know what happened! The lady even said anything… just! Here you go, you food! I have to ask 3 times what happened with my order… People comes and go with their food and I have to wait 45 minutes…. Just a double Big Mac meal…

Bad service an order is always missing.

Went through drive thru tonight. Asked lady at the window if everything was in the bag. Of course she was like oh yeah. Get home after spending $27.67 to imaginary chicken nuggets but hey they did give us the bbq sauce. Been trying to call for over an hour and the phone hangs up on you. This McDonalds in Randleman is absolutely ridiculous. Like how hard is it to read a screen and put the customers food in a bag. Anyways my son didn’t get his nuggets and ended up with a frozen pizza instead.

Everytime i get double qtr with cheese they mess it up wether im missing a patty or if it has something i dont want on it really sick of it.
