Food is old and service is SO BAD!

Long wait

The manager of this place doesn't care about the customers at all! Customer opening delivered order and there is no drink inside. Manager: "we can do nothing with it!"... I literally paid second time for drink. I will ask you to open orders next time! Answer: we cant open orders. SERIOUSLY?!!! absolute lack of customer and partners focus!

Had 3 different orders all 3 orders had errors The first order I asked for fresh cookies , I was still given old cookies from earlier the day, refund My kids happy meals were all missing the cheese burgers. I placed a separate order one of my McDoubles was missing a patty, I showed the cashier he touched my food with bare hands and said I’ll make you a new one, he bought me out the same burger just added a patty and returned the burger I remind you he just got done counting money prior to touching my food, I would not return, the kids playroom was filthy I informed staff here was a liquid spill in front of the bathroom and trash cans gather never came and cleaned it up, cold food , bad service, inconvenience

I came in today was very unpleased for the service I received which was highly unprofessional the manger Crystal needs a different job and as for everyone else she is friends with shouldn’t let every one else do the job while there standing around talking instead of helping the person at the front needed help with my order instead of helping her the new person up front she didn’t let her explain got frustrated and walked off and decided to say comments about the girl I am a manager myself and I am pregnant so I was very hungry and patient crystal was so rude and very unprofessional with the way she acted I will not return to this location due to how people are treated works and customers she is very disrespectful and makes me not want to eat at this location anymore. Please do not let her stay at this location this was very rude! And disrespectful and unacceptable the way she acted.
