Hella slow with monile orders and drive through orders. I've had my food messed up multiple times at this location as well. Edit:just went again today just to give them another chanch and they instead cut me off in the middle of my order and refused to acknowledge us still at the speaker trying to figure out what happened then when i get my food theres barely anything on my burger

Grayson is a great manager! I had went to 2 different McDonald’s wanting just the hotcakes by themselves at 10:45 and both McDonald’s said they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 but Grayson was nice enough and let us get some !

Good quick polite service.

Ordered $75 worth of food as a quick dinner option since the kids had school the next morning and we were wrapping up the evening late. Got home, and my double quarter pounders only had one patty, the fries I requested to be dropped fresh were purposely filled with old, cold fries on the bottom with fresh fries on top, and the pies had exceeded the amount of time for sale- the filling had candied over and were inedible. I immediately contacted the manager on duty who apologized and said I could pick up my FULL refund the next day with the manager on duty, as I wasn't leaving again that night. The next morning when I arrived, she attempted to process only a portion of my refund, stating that's what was discussed to her and now I'M changing my story! The audacity. She ended up getting on the phone with him who confirmed my full refund. She begrudgingly processed my refund and I left. WILL NOT BE BACK to this location. Competely unacceptable service from start to finish.

Nice kid working drive through this time. Fast and efficient worker, who redeemed my last experience there. Deducted 2 stars because during my previous trip the person who took my order upgraded my orders when I told her not to. I got to the window and asked about it. She said she'd talk to the girl who did it and reprimand her, which was total BS because SHE was the one that did it. She was clearly the person who took my order from her voice and cadence.

Took my daughter for a happy meal and a chicken sandwich after her doctor's appointment. We get home and her lettuce is spoiled and her happy meal is missing the toy. Really? If the lettuce isnt green dont use it and if someone orders a happy meal..put a toy in it. Not that complicated. On a side note, this helps me justify not buying fast food at its current prices. So thanks for that at least. P.S. check your food if you order here.
