They were extremely rude, had to pull up and wait for food that was disgusting and inedible when I did finally get it. So why did I have to wait for so long for uncooked fries that were literally one solid piece of disgusting dripping grease? Call the store to get a refund and of course no one answered the phone. So now I’ve got to take more time out of my day to drive all the way back to get a refund. All I ordered was a cheeseburger happy meal with no onions or pickles and they put onions on the burger, seems like not that hard of an order to make but apparently it is. No more McDonald’s for us so sick of paying for expensive garbage.

I stopped by the drive thru at 4:10 am hoping to only get a cup of coffee (which I love to take every morning) but they just told me (and also to another car on the other lane) an excuse to make both of us leave. Lights were on, workers inside.... they just didn't want to attend us (I could see through the window a worker busy at her cell phone).

Everyone on that staff needs to be fired. Literally they get my order terribly wrong and get upset with me for a addressing it

While waiting for my order, a drink and sundae, there was a young guy walking around behind the counter with one glove and eating with the other. The drink came fairly quickly, the sundae didn't. They couldn't get the machine to work so I was offered a shake, which was fine. Then heard the woman tell the guy he didn't fill the chocolate. The machine didn't work for shake, then asked if I like frappe's. I don't. It was suggested I come back tomorrow. Unexpectedly I was then handed a sundae. The woman serving me really tried and seemed frustrated, which I completely understood. She needs good help.

Waiting for 1hr… not respond… too bad
