Too bad you can't give 0 stars..... Went to the drive through. When I got to the window to get my order, I was told that the double quarter pounder wasn't ready and I needed to pull up and wait. After about 5 mins, they brought my order to me. When I got home and started eating, I noticed that the burger wasn't even fully cooked. I've never seen a burger pattie so thin, not completely cooked. Continued slow service, took 10 minutes to get my order. (edit) continued slow service. Was given the wrong order and was told that the manager said it was correct. When I showed the receipt of what I paid for, the worker had an attitude. They can't even bother to push in the little buttons on the sodas so you know which one is the diet.
I was picking up food at this store today. When I saw that my order was ready, I told the cashier in front of me. The cashier looked at my order number and did not help me get my food. Instead, he walked to the side of my food bag to do it. Something else! Isn't this a matter of work attitude? 2/22 5:35pm
