I received the wrong order for the third time I will never visit this McDonald’s again.

This McDonald’s is the worst of all McDonald’s. The employees are rude and lazy and have no idea what providing good customer service means.

Ordered curbside service. Normally it’s pretty quick. Today the order didn’t come out. After receiving a McDonald’s message thanking us for the order, my husband went in and they hadn’t prepared it yet. Took way too long. Then they had overlooked the Fanta.

Not great😢 the drive thru was extremely long so I park and go in. Now 10mins in line and someone to take the order. I noticed several persons waiting for their food including an Uber eats driver. Another 5 mins go by (now it's just a matter of let's see what'll happen). Then a young man come from the back slow walking without a care or concern for the now long line of hungry customers waiting to place their order. He takes the man in front of me then it's my turn. I whisper to the young man please pull your pants up as the underwear were showing he was kind and say yes ma'am pull them up and begin to mumble how can I help you. He takes my order and then I wait another 5 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries but the person in front of me still hasn't gotten his chicken sandwich order. I'm hoping that it was due to the lunch rush they appear to be plenty of people working however I don't usually eat at McDonald's and now I remember why. Slow, long lines and no apologies.

I live at least five minutes away. With all honesty almost every time now it takes about a whole hour to make it through the drive through. I ordered to get something from around the corner(this McDonald’s) and they come super late, the delivery people (5 people cancelled) because the wait was so long. I used to go here when I first moved here and the food used to be good. Now, it takes long, and when I received my food today it was cold, and I was missing some instructions given, the food looks rushed…I just hope the time gets better.

IM SORRY I DONT KNOW WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU HAVE TO WORK HERE, BUT IT CAN NOT BE THAT HARD THEY CANT GET A ORDER RIGHT !! NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN I WILL DRIVE TO HIRAM

Very very slow unwilling to listen to customers slightly rude

This site was horrible. I counted 6 flies swarming a monitor. The floors looked like they had not been mopped or cleaned in any way for like a week. Plenty of staff on hand but apparently it was break time for 5 off to the side using bad language and just generally unpleasant.

It has taken me two years to finally write a review about this horrible McDonald’s. Their drive-through is trash they will mess up and forget every single order no matter how simple on top of never answering the phone even when there are no customers. I can’t even explain in words how terrible their drive-through is and how they rushed through your order when you’re trying to explain what you want and if you don’t triple check before you pull off you waste your money because they will not answer the phone and when you drive up to complain about your order they have a attitude I hate going to this location at this point I’ll go somewhere else for my coffee in the morning and for the occasional afterschool treat for my kids. And there ice cream machine is down every other day . I hope one day they turn this location into a Wendy’s or chic fil a because at this point they’re robbing people Update 5/18/22 I got a coffee and it has some type of bug or parasite in it!!!! They won’t answer the phone but I will be showing health department and corporate!!!
