Takes longer than usual. I am not sure why. Place is not busy when we arrived. Also when I go through the drive thru its the same thing. Maybe the employee training needs to updated. Managers and employees always have an excuse why it takes so long. They should not be called a fast food restaurant anymore.

Had a few dirty tables, which I personally don't mind cleaning off, but pretty rude employees is what really stuck out. At least the food we got was fresh.

Sorry portland McDonald's, yall are slow, the food is always wrong, your ice cream machine never works, and your staff are rude as all get out. If I have to repeat my order to you 6 times and you still get it wrong, then perhaps you should find a job doing something else instead of taking peoples orders and yes I spoke loud and clear. They do this every single time I go there and still get the order wrong. Get it together.

Don't come! Horrible service and Drive thru is slow!
