I spilled my coffee and they were quick to clean up the mess and get me a new one.

This place has gone down hill, they have a few people that do not know how to listen to orders. The quality of the food gas gone downhill and the service has become extremely terrible everytime I come here it seems to get even worse. This last experience was the worse one yet not going to this particular McDonald's again.

The food was great everything was fresh

I just ordered the 2 Bigmacs and a basket of fries. I wish I could give NO stars!! I only had a half basket of fries and my sandwich's were a mess!! This is not ok! Just for once I would like to get my sandwich's made so I can actually eat them without taking them apart and fixing it. Then a basket of fries I would love for it to look like your picture instead of only a half basket!!! Ridiculous

Passing through the area I had not been to this location before and had no particular expectations. Best McDs I've ever had. The fries were fresh, hot and nicely salted. The Quarter Pounder tasted homemade. Great flavor and warm, Well done Portage :)

Order 2 mcribs got home and they was on Hamburger buns called the store very ignorant lady hung up on me
