Place is terrible, 40 mins waiting and wrong food!!! hire English employees!!!
Plenty of staff but they favor drive thru orders and ignore everyone standing at counter for orders. People aren't getting served until they waive down staff... They then hunt for a specific ticket among the pile coming off the printer... Napkins empty, ice empty, several size lids empty...
Waited 30 minutes for food after using kiosk that would not take cashless payment (credit, debit, etc), said it would print a receipt for the counter which failed as well. Proceeded to the counter where they allowed me to pay for my order and provided me a receipt. Waited 15 minutes, handed receipt to lady behind the counter and it became quickly apparentthat I'd been forgotten about and my food wasn't ready. Waiting another 5 minutes to watch another employee take my receipt off of the back counter and throw it in the trash. Asked for refund, which required the kind gentlemen next to me to translate with the associate in order to clarify my request. Refund took another 5 minutes as they had to run it all back in the register to the exact mount (3x tries) before finally handing me my amount in cash. Good thing I remembered my receipt order number smh In short....stay far far away. I'll never go back to McDonald's again. This ruined me for life.
