Worst McDonald's I ever been to

This location used to be mobbed by kids/teenagers all the time because there was an open bar of free soda. Now they have remodeled, gone are the creepy mob. I order at the front counter, but there is always some stupid confusion whether the order comes out there, or to a separate counter 90 degrees out of view. It's a minor complaint, but why do salt packets, ketchup packets require bugging the busy workers there to get ahold of. It's stressful to have to loudly bark for salt/ketchup. Just sayin.

This little boy cursed me out, was sarcastic. And the whole time they were playing basketball in the kitchen. Super un professional situation. He literally cursed and gave me my food in such a rude manner. The rest of the staff stud there and laughed. This happed. On 3-14-24 at 4:50pm. They verbally abused me and it was terrible.

Not fast food. Drive thru always slow. But at least the food was Hot! Updated 2024 This location has very poor customer service. My food was literally nonedible and they shrugged and didn’t offer to replace or even exchange for something different. I contacted support and nothing, left msg for mgr, nothing.

They have absolutely no idea how to run this store properly. Worst management in SE Florida
