They park all the people in the parking spaces so they can clear there drive thru. Was asked 2x to park in the handicap space because they had cars already park waiting for there orders. This is my wrist experience. The manager is the one who told the employee for me to park in the handicap space smh

Service is slow, orders wrong on a regular basis. One of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to. I goto other locations before coming here.

Had trouble using the survey receipt

Though I arrived 15 min before inside closing, I sat down and the manager came by a few min later and told me they were closing but to take all the time I needed, I don't have to rush. Thank you for coming. That was nice of him. The food came out good, fast. The internet worked good, good A/C, free parking. Here the drink fountain is behind the counter, so you have to ask a server every time you want a refill. This might be bad during mealtimes. There is a lot of drive thru traffic at this Mcdonalds so seating is not a problem. Parking: Free Parking but it also backs up to a hugh empty shopping lot with only a couple stores on the other end. Mcdonalds is on the corner of 15th and Custer.

Never got service, waited in line two employees walked past me and the manager even looked at me while talking and laughing with each other while just looking at me. When I asked for help they just ignored me. I asked for help again no one came. The manager just kept cleaning and ignoring me so I decided to just leave. 3:05 pm Wednesday 9/20/23

Fries cold, order incorrect when I arrived home
