Too lazy to take my order
It's great having a McDonald's down the street in case you get hungry. Parking: The parking lot is right outside of the restaurant with a few spaces for parking, but mostly parking for delivery drivers. It can get kind of crowded at lunch. But there's Street parking as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair options are close to the handicap doors.
Parents bought breakfast on way to camp. Went through drive thru
First in line to order at this location. Both of the kiosks were being used so I waited. There must have been 12 employees in the back of the house but no one was ringing sales at the register. I waited for about 7 minutes then finally a young man asked if I had ordered yet. Apparently, he was running the food to those who already had ordered. The manager had just finished counting a drawer. However, she was not asking anyone in line for orders or sending other employees to the register to assist. The entire dining area was filled with customers waiting for their food though the employees who were on break were eating their food. Not sure what kind of fast food strategy was being managed but the service was slow with no urgency to manage the output.
Cashier just now refused to take my order. Used kiosk and then said she ring me up cause they had no ice cream. Nothing but attitude from her from the start. Guess her texting on her phone was more important than doing her job.
Waiting more than 50 minutes for 6 piece chicken nugget and a basket of french fries, a bit ridiculous.
