Today the service was great . The manager served us and she was nice, respectful to us. She made sure everyone was tooken care of. Her employees didnt come in to work today. But this manager and the few staff that showed up gave excellent service. (I wish that this is my experience most of the time. (This manager today provided excellent service despite staff no showed but she still gave excellent service. Thank you so much for your good service and kindness.
The slowest McDonald's drive thru experience we've ever had. They took almost 40 minutes to serve 6 cars with normal sized orders
They gave me my mc chickens with no lettuce lol that’s crazy 03-13-2024! Waited 15 mins in the drive through for this DO BETTER STOP RUSHING !!!!
We were at this location 4pm on 3/9/24, the employees were HOPELESS, untrained & did nothing to help each other process the backlog...35 minutes for a soda + fries. AVOID McDonald's in general...and for sure this location
Their drive way is working very heavy they are lazy people I have been waiting here more than 30 minutes to get pick up order
I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through (which was not busy) to get a sandwich that was dripping in grease. What is the reason for the sandwiches to be dripping in grease? I couldn’t eat it .
5 weeks in a row and I still can't get a frappe from my local McDonald's. Either the staff doesn't feel like making them, they don't feel like cleaning the machine or a McDonald's just doesn't want to pay to get their machine serviced. Contacted corporate and of course they give you some mumbo jumbo answer. Of course it is up to the franchisee to address their specific problems with their locations but this is getting a little ridiculous that no one is stepping in to fix a machine or get their staff to do the right thing. Let's go. Wawa is right around the corner. They will always have their frappes ready to go
