Employes service not wall

All I see is darkness and sorrow.

I ordered on door dash 2 days in a row 2 times each and every single time my order was wrong! I ordered 3 2 pack strawberry cream pies so that's SIX pies . Of coarse whomever was expediting is slow or can't read cause it clearly says on the receipt," 3× 2pack strawberry pie " . I had to pay extra for a service fee on each delivery and still didn't get what I ordered. The first order had 3 pies JUST 3!!! NEXT day I tried Again smh same thing and the fact that I can't even call the store to help out and maybe get a manager to train the expediter . Teach him or her to CAREFULLY read the order and make sure everything is packed properly and secured.i am a an assistant General manager in fast food as well and I'm telling you...if your customers could at least communicate with you,sure you wouldn't have so many customer complaints. If I was able to communicate with the MOD I for sure wouldn't have shared my experience on Google, I wouldve just talked to a manager. I'm hoping you can take this review and make some adjustments for happier customers and more positive reviews for your store.

经常等一两个小时不出餐最后还取消订单，不知道那些人领着工资在这干嘛呢？不想被恶心并毁掉你一个晚上就不要在这里点

Honestly best McDonald in Philly. I order pretty much the same thing every time everything always taste fresh the fries and nuggets are always fresh like they just fried them.

I mean it's super simple for these workers the computer does everything for them, so when it says no onions, I should get no onions not extra onions!!!!! They really need to start training these employees better! Tell them slow down and read the orders rights and if they can't read you probably shouldn't hire them! I come from a food restaurant business back when I was younger and I u derstand mistakes but not every time my girl and I come in there something is wrong! Onions are disgusting that's why I never get them and even if you try to scrap them off you can still taste them!!! So please just take the time to get the order right and you would always have a happy customer in me!!!!
