Hamburger was hard and stale and fries were cold and unscrupulous individuals of a certain kind were hanging outside the drive thru

Do not order Uber eats unless you want this specific McDonald’s to forget the fries and drink when you order a meal. Has happened twice in a row now so it’s clearly a bunch of lazy burger flippers who think forgetting fries deserves them $15/hour.

I’ve given this location several chances since my kids love McDonald’s and it’s the closest to us but the service is horrible! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They’re always forgetting to include items you’ve ordered so either you have to go back or take it as a loss. If you go back to claim your items the manager gives you a nasty attitude,and tries to insinuate that your are lying! I don’t understand how do you forget not one or two but SEVEN orders of fries?! I blame the manager who does nothing but make up excuses for their poor service. I guess we’ll be going to Wendy’s for now on.

Temple University McDonald's. Good service. It's the only time of the year I like a Shamrock Shake and support a good cause for the Ronald McDonald House for Kids.

This is prob the worst McDonald's to go to on a Saturday morning... There are 15 people working, 4 guest in the lobby and nothing is happening.. I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and it took 13 minutes..another guest was there before me asking about their food and the guy at the counter started yelling back. Needless to say, I can go elsewhere

Worst McDonald’s of all time. It’s not fast food at all but slow food due to the unprofessionalism and lack of urgency their workers have. Just shut it down.
